Good news, everyone! Some of you may have seen or even held copies of the rare Kitty Hawk promo book “The Sting of Defeat”, an eight-page story written and drawn by Braden which we’ve sold at some conventions. Well, we’re now offering it in the store as an “electronic book” (or a PDF for you abbreviators). For a mere three bucks, you too can view this charming, bee-filled, not-quite-canon tale on your desktop computer, laptop, tricorder, or whatever it is you kids are using these days.
Oh my, yes.
Hey, folks. We’re quite happy to see some new readers here. Hope you enjoy the show!
Just wanted to let you know that this weekend I’ll be going back and coloring this chapter. Granted, it’s mostly dream sequence so far, which means the color is gray, but future installments of this chapter should be posted in color, just like the rest of the series.
And now I have a question for you: What kind of Kitty Hawk merch would you like to see? Shirts? Embroidered patches? Original pages? Breakfast cereal? You name it, we’ll consider it.
Hi guys! Welcome back! Good to see you all again, and also all you new guys whose names I don’t know yet. Hi! Here’s some bullet points!
-V.
It looks like we’re going to have to push back the return date to June 10.
We’re sorry to have to do this to our readers, but we want to bring you quality comics, and I need time to produce them. Both Vin and I work full-time jobs, and I’ve been working on paid art projects outside of work for the past month, so my schedule has been full (hence the fill-in comic). Now there are conventions and moving to be done, which leaves me no time to get ahead of the game, or to take care in creating a comic for you all.
So, we’ll be back in three weeks with new comics. In the meantime, Vin will be updating the info pages with juicy details, and we’ll start some lively discussions on the forum. First up: Pulp vs. Steampunk.
